It is truly amazing how things can get away from us. As a friend posted the other day,
"Time is free, but it is priceless. You can't own it, but you can use it. You can't keep it, but you can spend it. Once you've lost it, you can never get it back."This is very true. Time if not well spent gets away from us and then we are often times left with the regret of wasting it.
While I regret leaving out site off to the side and not a priority for the last few months and not being the best at up keep. I know that I had my priorities right because our family comes first. We do hope to be able to be a lot more frequent with updates and postings.
As always our goal has been to lead by example. Sometimes that is difficult to show online. When our children need to be shown how to put God before video games and television, we have to show them by being the example.
It is similar to when Jesus taught about the good Samaritan (Luke 10: 30-37), he used the parable to show the example of how we are to act towards our neighbor. This was also enforced by Jesus' own actions multiple times through out the new testament when He would associate with tax collectors, vagabonds, and other people that were looked at with disgrace.
